Can I put products in my dishwasher?

Yes, All of the glassware is dishwasher friendly. The etching is all done with acid so is permanently etched onto the glass

Do you make everything yourselves?

Yes, we source the glass which arrives in it's clear form, we then transform it with our unique acid etching technique by hand. All the designs are our own (copyrighted).

Will the design fade?

No, the design will not fade. It will stay as sharp & fresh as the day you receive it.

Can you tell me how you do it?

We openly use acid to etch our products but the recipe & technique are a bit of a secret!

If I like a design but it doesn't appear on the piece I like can I request it?

Most of the designs can be put onto any shaped piece, but not always. Please email us with any special requests or for advice.

Do you do commission pieces?

Yes we often get asked to commission work. We can work from images provided or around a theme / logo. There will be an extra charge depending on the quantity & intricacy of design.

Can I visit your workshop?

By all means get in touch if you'd like to visit us to view current stocks or to discuss commissions.

Can mirrors be made any size?

We offer a fully bespoke service on the mirrors. Any size or shape (within reason) can be made incorporating our designs. We also offer a design service working from your fabrics.

Can you post me products?

Yes, we have a great success rate at posting our glassware. Extra care is taken in double wrapping your goods so they arrive in perfect condition.

Is your work all hand finished?

Yes, all our pieces are hand worked through every process. From the preparation, etching & packaging.

If I break something can I get replacements?

We offer a replacement service & can easily post out any number of glasses to replace broken items.

Can I visit you at shows to pick items up?

Definately, please see our events list & let us know which show you will be attending. Obviously no postage charges will apply to your order in these circumstances.

How are your products etched?

We hand etch our glassware using our hands & acid ;-)
